Qualifications\n10+ years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience.\nPrior experience as a CFO, VP of Finance, Head of Finance, PE Controller, or senior finance leader with strong readiness for a CFO seat.\nDemonstrated experience owning cash forecasting, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting.\nStrong understanding of working capital, liquidity management, debt, borrowing base reporting, ABL structures, and lender relationships.\nExperience preparing board-level or sponsor-level financial materials.\nProven ability to partner with executive leadership and operational teams.\nStrong financial modeling, KPI reporting, dashboarding, and business performance analysis skills.\nExperience leading, restructuring, or scaling a finance/accounting
