As a Full-Stack Developer at Implicit, you will work closely with our data science and product teams to build the next-generation AI product support platform.\r\nJoin Implicit and come work with some of the world's most talented data scientists, engineers, and thought leaders.\r\nAs a Full-Stack Developer, you will:\r\nAgentic Development\r\nWork with maximum productivity using modern agentic coding tools such as Cursor, Codex and Playwright Agents.\r\nDevelop and Maintain Web Interfaces : Build responsive and interactive web applications using modern front-end technologies like React, Redux, React Query, styled modules, SASS, Tailwind, Ant Components.\r\nBackend Services\r\nHelp to develop various backend services in Java, Spring Boot, Python, FastAPI, Postgres, Docker.\r\nTesting and QA\r\nMaintain high quality code by focusing on Test-Driven Development, using Playwright, Vitest, React Testing Library, test agents.\r\nCollaborate with Teams : Work closely with the product team to implement designs and ensure that they are fully optimized across all platforms and browsers.\r\nWrite Clean, Maintainable Code : Ensure that code is modular, well-structured, and follows best practices for performance, scalability, and maintainability.\r\nOptimize Web Performance : Focus on improving the performance of web applications through techniques like lazy loading, code splitting, and optimizing assets.\r\nDebug and Troubleshoot : Identify issues, debug problems, and optimize the front-end code for improved speed and reliability.\r\nContribute to Code Reviews : Participate in code reviews to maintain high coding standards and learn from team members.\r\nStay Up-to-Date with AI Development Trends : Continuously learn and implement new front-end technologies, techniques, and best practices to improve development efficiency and the quality of the end product.\r\nQualifications\r\nA minimum of 5+ years of full stack development.\r\nProficiency in React, Typescript, and backend development.\r\nFamiliarity with REST APIs and asynchronous programming.\r\nKnowledge of test frameworks such as Playwright and Vitest.\r\nKnowledge of version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows (GitHub, GitLab, etc.).\r\nAbility to translate designs into high-quality, pixel-perfect user interfaces with a strong understanding of user experience best practices.\r\nExcellent team player with strong written and verbal English communication skills.
