Our customers rely on us for accuracy, urgency, and product knowledge. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with us as our Commercial Quotation Specialist – not just fill a position. Please read the following job description thoroughly to ensure you are the right fit for this role before applying.Primary Responsibilities:Review commercial plumbing and HVAC plans and specificationsPerform detailed material take-offsBuild complete, accurate job quotationsWork directly with manufacturers to secure special project pricingCoordinate closely with our sales team to meet bid deadlinesMaintain organized records of quotes and revisionsOur Commercial Quotation Specialist plays a critical role in helping our customers with jobs. This position works closely with ownership, inside sales, outside sales, and our vendors to prepare accurate and competitive bids for commercial plumbing and HVAC projects.The compensation for this position begins at $28.00 per hour. Additional compensation and wage increases are available based on performance, skill development, certifications, and the ability to work independently within the role. We pay 95% of the employees', 50% of the dependents monthly medical premium, in addition to 95% of the employee plus dependents monthly dental premium, 6 Paid Holidays, and provide a matching 401k contribution up to 4%. There are also opportunities for bonuses.Qualifications:High school degree or equivalent.Experience with Eclipse (Epicor) ERP preferred but not required.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specsStrong attention to detail and sense of urgencyThe ability to maintain positive relationships with team members, vendors, and customers.How to apply:Send an updated resume on this site.
