This individual will work to define, design, configure, and project manage the support of complex software integration projects with the expectation of meeting and exceeding company-defined standards.\n\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nDevelop strong relationships with customers to deliver exceptional service and ensure that expectations are exceeded.\nIdentify reusable/repeatable solution components and drive those back into the product and/or implementation process as part of the implementation process.\nPerform on-site customer solution discoveries, training, and troubleshooting after implementing Accertify software.\nAct as a liaison between new customers and Accertify internal departments, including sales and technical development.\nDevelop approaches and procedures to diminish project risk.\nWork closely with Accertify subject matter experts to evaluate and identify emerging technologies/fraud trends and adapt new approaches and features as needed.\nDefine and perform testing of the final customer solution to ensure a high level of quality.\nDevelop and deploy fraud transaction screening rules and methodologies.\nSkills & Qualifications:\nDemonstrated ability to create, test, and implement fraud risk strategies.\nBachelor’s Degree (highly preferred) and 4+ years of software implementation and integration experience.\nStrong Discovery and Requirement-gathering capabilities.\nStrong Communication and Interpersonal Relationship building skills\nSoftware Integration background with real-time messaging between systems\nAbility to troubleshoot and problem-solving skills\nConsultative approach to service and help our clients analyze transactions for potential fraud and develop their investigation processes.\nAbility to negotiate and offer alternatives to the client when setting up the appropriate integration and risk logic.\nExperience with creating reports for analytical purposes.\nAbility to communicate with client’s staff at multiple levels, including Networking, Software Integration, Project Management, and business-level needs.\nPrevious working experience with XML/JSON and a working understanding of HTTP / HTTPS / SFTP\nSix months of prior work experience with Accertify\nAdditional Details:\nThis role will be located in our Itasca, IL Accertify HQ for Chicagoland candidates. Location: 2 Pierce Place, Suite 900, Itasca, IL 60143. Workplace Flexibility: Hybrid (3 days in-office per week)\nOpen to remote candidates outside the Chicagoland area who meet job qualifications.\nThe role requires travel to customer sites (30%)\nVisa Sponsorship: employment eligibility to work for Accertify in the U.S. is required, as Accertify will not pursue Visa sponsorship for this position.\nPotential salary range: $97,000-150,000. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations.
