With supportive, experienced leadership, room to grow, and a culture built on trust, teamwork, and respect, it's a place where your work is appreciated and your career can grow long term.Position Summary:Set up and operate cutting equipment (e.g., guillotine/programmable cutters) to trim printed materials to exact dimensionsRead and interpret job tickets, work orders, and trim specificationsMeasure and verify cut accuracy using rulersPerform routine adjustments to back gauge, blade depth, and clamping pressureInspect materials before and after cutting to ensure quality standards are metPerform basic preventative maintenance (blade changes, cleaning, lubrication)Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaRequirementsQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent1+ year experience operating industrial cutting equipment (printing or manufacturing preferred)Ability to read and understand job tickets and production specificationsStrong attention to detail and accuracyBasic math skills (fractions, measurements, conversions)Ability to lift materials (up to ~50 lbs) and stand for extended periodsStrong commitment to safety and qualityExcellent attendance and can work flexible hours that will include overtimeAs a team member at BR Printers, you'll enjoy:• Comprehensive benefits package including Medical & Dental coverage along with company paid life insurance, voluntary Vision, Life & Disability insurance• 401(k) with Company Match• Paid time off (PTO)• Paid HolidaysLocation:On-site 2100 Ellis Tech DriveHebron Kentucky 41048BR Printers, Inc. is committed to the principles of equal employment.
