Made Possible.\n\nJob Details\n\nPosition Summary\n\nThis position involves many different aspects in the warehouse area of responsibility. It requires accurate and timely performance of duties and availability of information. It requires positive attitude, commitment to provide a high level of customer service to both the external customers as well as the internal customers and departments and a commitment to perform all duties in the safest manner possible.\n\nPrincipal Duties and Responsibilities\n\nStage and ship finished goods.\nReceive raw materials.\nPut away and bin locate finished goods and raw materials.\nShredding of scrap waste. Load scrap bales according to substrate.\nProcess accurate paperwork for storage, receiving and shipping.\nWrite up load tags on finished goods.\nSupply machines with raw materials.\nOperate forklifts and other material handling equipment.\nOther tasks as apparent or assigned.\nHousekeeping – GMP and AIB\nFollow all GMP and AIB procedures\nPrepare out-bound loads for shipment (stretch wrap and band).\nCommunicate with incoming and outgoing shift personnel\nCommunicate with other departments.\nCompliance to all company policy and regulations.\nCommitment to safety\nCommitment to provide high level of Customer Service\n\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities\n\nForklift Certification\nAbility to maintain a positive attitude\nMust have good common sense\nAbility to follow instructions – written and spoken\nBe a self-starter – have initiative\nAbility to work unsupervised\nWillingness to assist other people and departments\nAbility to keep accurate records – attention to detail\nAble to develop basic product knowledge\nReliable, punctual and responsible\nAbility to work with others\nMaintain good personal hygiene\n\nEducation and Experience\n\nHigh School/GED diploma\nRead, write, speak and understand English\nBasic math skills\nBasic computer knowledge\n\nWorking Conditions\n\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.\nRemain flexible due to changes of priority and procedures\nWillingness to work overtime and rotating weekends\n\nGPI’s Benefit Program\n\nCompetitive Pay\n401(k) w/employer matching\nHealth & Welfare Benefits\nMedical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage\nShort and Long-Term Disability\nLife Insurance\nAccidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance\nFlexible Spending and Health Savings Accounts\nVarious Voluntary benefits\nAdoption Assistance Program\nEmployee Discount Programs\nEmployee Assistance Program\nTuition Assistance Program\nPaid Time Off + 11 paid company holidays each year\n\nApplications accepted on an ongoing basis and there is no deadline.\n\nGraphic Packaging is an equal opportunity employer and abides by all applicable federal, state provincial and local laws with respect to the recruitment and hiring process.
