Job Description
Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for all contract matters and exercise full authority to act on behalf of the Contractor.Provide overall leadership, direction, and oversight to ensure 100% compliance with all performance requirements and service level standards.Develop, implement, and maintain the Program Management Plan and Quality Control Plan.Manage program budget, schedule, resources, risks, and any subcontractors or teaming partners.Oversee transition-in and transition-out activities to ensure seamless continuity of services.Deliver monthly status reports, project documentation, and executive-level briefings.Ensure low employee turnover and that all vacancies are filled within required timelines.Facilitate daily operational meetings and support Agile and traditional project methodologies.Required Qualifications & Certifications:Active Top Secret / SCIBachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field (Masters preferred)Minimum 8 years of progressive IT program management experience on contracts of similar size, scope, and complexity involving classified environments, application development, cybersecurity, network operations, and service desk supportPMP or equivalent (highly preferred)ITIL v4 Foundation or higherProven leadership of multi-discipline IT teams in classified and cloud environments.
