You’ll work with data from multiple ERP, CRM, and operational systems, supporting key business decisions in finance, operations, and supply chain. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on data work, cross-functional collaboration, and building impactful reports and dashboards.\n\nWhy This Role Matters\n\nAs a Data Analyst at ProMach, you’ll play a critical role in shaping business strategy by collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data from dozens of systems and databases. Your insights will help drive efficiency, identify opportunities, and support growth across the organization.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nCollect, clean, and analyze data from ERP, CRM, and other business systems to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.\n\nDevelop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reports for business users and leadership.\n\nWrite SQL queries and use analytics tools to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets.\n\nCollaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand business needs and translate them into data requirements.\n\nPresent findings and recommendations through clear visualizations and presentations.\n\nSupport data migration, integration, and quality initiatives to ensure data accuracy and consistency.\n\nDocument data processes, definitions, and methodologies for transparency and repeatability.\n\nStay current with best practices in data analysis, visualization, and reporting.\n\nQualifications\n\nRequired:\n\nBachelor’s degree in a quantitative or analytical area, or demonstrated equivalent experience in data analysis or a related field\n\n2+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.\n\nProficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL).\n\nExperience building dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and data k ccuracy .\n\nAbility to communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.\n\nExperience gathering requirements and working with cross-functional teams.\n\nDeep Knowledge of data flows within ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, SyteLine, Salesforce) in a manufacturing environment\n\nPreferred:\n\nFamiliarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Databricks, Delta Lake).\n\nKnowledge of data governance, data quality, and metadata documentation.\n\nExperience with Python or R for data analysis is a plus.\n\nExposure to Agile project environments and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Git).\n\nWhat’s in it for you?\n\nThere's no monopoly on innovative ideas or limits to how far you can advance with our team.
