This role focuses on improving on-time performance, reducing delays, and enhancing overall operational efficiency through data mining, reporting, and performance tracking. The position requires strong analytical capability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.What You Will Be DoingConduct data mining and operational research related to flight performance, delays, turn times, and resource utilizationTrack and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time departures, ground handling efficiency, and staffing performanceMonitor daily operations and provide real-time and post-operational reporting to leadershipIdentify root causes of delays and operational disruptions, providing data-driven recommendations for improvementDevelop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance scorecards for station and network leadershipPrepare clear, accurate, and timely reports and presentations for operational briefingsUtilize advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data modeling) and PowerPoint to support analysis and communicationEnsure data integrity and consistency across operational reporting systemsCommunicate findings effectively with cross-functional teams including ramp, customer service, and leadershipManage multiple priorities in a dynamic, high-pressure environment while meeting strict deadlinesHas the duty to suggest any improvements to working practice especially those relating to safety and securityOperate motorized equipmentFrequent bending, stretching, push/pulling, stacking and kneeling in small, confined locationsPerforms other duties as assignedSafety, Security, Wellbeing And ComplianceYou will have a responsibility and duty whilst at work to take reasonable care of the health, safety and wellbeing of yourself and others in accordance with provided information, training, and workplace health and safety rules or procedures.
