Drive accountability with the team.\nLead and implement critical business initiatives across the team.\nWork effectively across functions with matters involving Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, etc.\nConduct employee reviews, hiring, and disciplinary functions for the reporting team.\nContribute to Operations project teams leading new product introduction and other manufacturing initiatives.\nWork effectively with functions such as Safety, Logistics, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, etc.\n\nA day in the life\nYou recognize that your people are the key to success and use your energy, motivation and innovation to earn trust with your team every day.
