Based in Walnut Creek, CA, ITS is dedicated to helping clients build and sustain a high-performing workforce.Role DescriptionThis is a part-time remote hourly role based in the east bay, starting 12 hours per week with 3 4-hour shifts mid-day on Monday, Tuesdays and Thursdays. There is some flexibility in the shift hours depending on the candidate's availability. The Client Care Specialist will play a vital role in maintaining customer satisfaction and retention by addressing client inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring seamless communication. Responsibilities include fulfilling client assessment orders, delivering outstanding customer service, maintaining accurate records of client interactions, and providing support primarily via phone and email.QualificationsStrong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer RetentionExcellent communication skills and proficiency in maintaining professional interactionsIn-depth knowledge of Customer Service principles and standardsCompetency in Phone Etiquette and handling customer inquiries with professionalismDetail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in basic office software and communication toolsPrior experience in a customer-facing role is preferredInterest in AI tools preferredBachelor’s degreeIdeal role for a professional who is looking for part-time remote work right now
