The Executive Assistant is an essential bridge between the executives and various departments, facilitating seamless communication and ensuring efficient operations. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nCalendar and Schedule Management: Manage the executives' calendars, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, conference calls, and appointments. Prioritize conflicting requests and ensure the executives' time is optimized.\nTravel and Logistics: Make travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, for the executives when required. Prepare detailed itineraries and handle travel-related expenses.\nEvent Planning & Execution: Design and execute leadership offsites and meetings for groups ranging from 10-100 attendees, managing end-to-end event logistics including venue selection, catering, AV setup, transportation, and accommodations\nCommunication and Correspondence: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications directed to the executives.
