Host/Hostess

DOC's Smokehouse is currently seeking a Host who can also assist with takeout orders for their Milwaukee location. DOC's is a traditional Southern Smokehouse where we smoke our meat, and cook from scratch everyday. Award winning food is paired with a dynamic bar program with over 60 draft beers and 150+ whiskeys. The host is responsible for greeting all guests, following the floor chart to seat guests, assisting with side work such as cleaning tables, and assist with running the to go counter. This position is centered around customer service and ensuring our guests have a great experience visiting Doc's Smokehouse. This is a part time position. Hours will fluctuate based on business levels. This position will work mainly evening shifts during the week. Weekends are a must.
