Our marketplace operates in all 50 states, and we're just getting started!\r\nAbout the Role\r\nNeighbor is looking for a talented, high-agency person to own and accelerate our paid creative engine. The mission is to make our ad creatives the best-performing asset in our growth stack.\r\nPaid social lives or dies on ad creative. You'll own the ad creatives end to end: from the first customer insight, through concept, brief, and production, to delivery and the performance readout that starts the next cycle.\r\nThis is a true ownership role reporting into our Creative Director. You'll sit next to our paid social media buyer and direct the work of our designers and video editors. The role is equal parts creative strategy (personas, hooks, messaging frameworks, testing roadmaps) and production ops (briefs, timelines, feedback loops, shipped assets) with full accountability for performance.\r\nPrimary Responsibilities\r\nMine customer research, reviews, CX feedback, and ad performance data for the insights that become winning concepts.\r\nBuild persona-based messaging for both sides of our marketplace (hosts and renters), and write direct-response copy yourself: hooks, video scripts, captions, and headlines.\r\nCreate briefs rooted in a hypothesis and a success metric, and direct designers, editors, and UGC creators from kickoff through delivery.\r\nOwn the production pipeline end to end: prioritization, timelines, handoffs, QA, and enough weekly creative volume to feed the account without starving quality.\r\nBuild and run a UGC pipeline: source creators, conduct customer interviews, and extract the language, stories, and moments that become winning creative.\r\nRun the creative testing roadmap (every ad in-market is a hypothesis) and publish learning recaps the whole team acts on.\r\nPartner daily with the media buyer on what's winning, what's fatiguing, and what launches next.\r\nOwn performance metrics including hook rate, hold rate, CTR, and the ROAS of new creative\r\nCreate a library of learnings: what hooks, angles, and formats work for each persona – that compounds and gets better over time\r\nUse AI tools across the workflow: research, scripting, static and video generation, and asset organization.\r\nQualifications\r\nRequired\r\n5+ years of experience in performance creative, creative strategy, or growth marketing at a DTC brand, marketplace, or agency, ideally with Meta as a primary channel.\r\nProof of breakthrough work.
