FRG produces steel solutions for a variety of industries through forging, hot forming, and fabrication.\nKey Responsibilities:\nMachine setup, start up, operation and tear down\nSecure all tooling, replace broken or worn tooling\nFile, grind, and adjust parts to fit properly\nDiagnose operating difficulties and make adjustments\nInspect dies for proper dimensions and defects\nComplete necessary job-related paperwork to include tags, inspection documents, and production log\nMaintain cleanliness, safety and quality standards\nExperience and Skills Required:\n· 3 years prior CNC Setup experience required\n· Must be able to read and use calipers and similar measurement tools\nProven ability to read and interpret blueprints\nExperience in operating and setting up X, Y, Z on vertical mills required\nMust have basic shop math calculating ability (.01,.001,.0001)\nPossess basic understanding of cutting tools and their purposes\nAbility to use indicators to straighten parts/items\nMust work well in a team environment\nAbility to multitask\nMust be able to take direction\nMust be able to grasp and retain complex instructions\nWillingness to ask for clarification of instructions\nReliability, punctuality, and attentiveness\nAttention to detail\nForklift experience\nEducation:\n· High School Diploma or GED required\n· Vocational or technical training required\nPhysical Requirements:\n· Requires walking, standing, stooping, crouching, bending, twisting, pulling, pushing\n· Ability to lift up to 40lbs\nForge Resources Group is a Drug Free Workplace.
