Whether you’re passionate about cannabis, looking to build a meaningful career, or just want to work somewhere that truly values its people—this is the place.\n\nApplication Deadline: 2/4/2026\nAvailability: Monday- Friday\n\nJOB SUMMARY:\nThe Distribution Associate is responsible for preparing product orders to be delivered to retail locations.\nKEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nReviews product orders and creates order manifests within various software platforms\nPrints invoices\nPrepares and packages orders for transportation\nInspects all products for quality and compliant labeling/packaging\nProcesses intake of all deliveries within the distribution center including auditing and inspecting deliveries, unloading, and organizing products\nAssists with audits for all products in inventory\nLeads intake of deliveries, transfers, and inventory management\nReceives, labels, and organizes all products into inventory\nOther duties as assigned\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:\nHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent education\nMust hold or obtain a valid Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) Employee Badge\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:\nKnowledge of laws and regulations regarding the storage and distribution of cannabis products\nExperience with materials handling, inventory control, shipping, and/or receiving\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:\nStanding for extended periods of time.\nAbility to lift up to 50lbs and push/pull up to 100lbs.\nAbility to perform the following physical tasks: sitting, standing, stooping, stretching, walking, bending, twisting, reaching, performing repetitive motions, and carrying boxes or items.\nAbility to complete repetitive tasks for the majority of your workday\n\nOTHER REQUIREMENTS:\nIn person at production location based on schedule\nADDITIONAL COMPENSATION DETAILS:\nBonus eligibility\nAccrue paid time off (PTO) immediately; starting at 2 weeks per year\nHealth, dental, vision, life, disability, accident, and critical illness insurance plans\nRetirement plans available after 6 months of employment\nZayZoon: Earned Wage Access!
