This role requires a dynamic leader who can manage multiple enterprise IT projects and ensure their alignment with our strategic objectives.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nLead and manage the portfolio of IT projects at Holtec International, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.\nOversee the IT initiatives related to the restart of the Palisades Nuclear Power Site, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.\nImplement and manage the Cyber Security Program at the Palisades Nuclear Power Site, ensuring compliance with 10 CFR 73 requirements and following the Cyber Security Plan for Nuclear Power Reactors (NEI 08-09).\nCoordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and security, to ensure seamless integration of IT solutions.\nDevelop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and status reports, providing regular updates to senior management.\nIdentify and mitigate risks associated with IT projects, ensuring project goals are achieved.\nFoster a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging industry best practices and emerging technologies to enhance project delivery.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and objectives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.\nMentor and guide project teams, promoting professional growth and development.\nQualifications:\n\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.\nMinimum of 8 years of experience managing IT projects within a nuclear power company.\nProven experience in managing Cyber Security Programs at a nuclear power facility.\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple enterprise IT projects simultaneously.\nStrong knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards in the nuclear power industry.\nExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.\nPMP, or similar project management certification is highly desirable.\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.\nPreferred Skills:\n\nExperience with ITIL-aligned policies and procedures.\nFamiliarity with cloud enablement and IT modernization strategies.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to influence and drive change across the organization.\n\nSalary: $135,000 - $155,000\n\nHoltec International offers a competitive benefits package to eligible associates, which includes:\nMedical, dental, and vision insurance\n401(k) retirement plan with company match\nPaid time off and 11 Paid Holidays\nCompany-paid life and AD&D insurance\nEmployee Assistance Program\nWellness resources and voluntary benefits\nTraining and educational assistance\n\nAs a technology trailblazer and a prominent innovator in clean energy (nuclear and solar) industry, Holtec strives to foster a meritocratic work environment conducive to continuous learning and professional growth of its associates.
