Management reserves the right to add, modify, change, or rescind the work assignments of different positions and to make reasonable accommodations so that qualified employees can perform the essential functions of the job.\n\nEDUCATION: High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred.\nEXPERIENCE:\n3 years of recent working experience in CNC Lathe.\nCompletion of a 2-year technical/trade school in machining (preferred).\n\nKNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:\nMust be able to read engineering blueprints and planning.\nA positive attitude, excellent communication skills, strong multitasking ability, and an interest in learning new skills/technologies required.\nMUST be well organized, works well with others, and flexible.\nBroad skill set who is not afraid to tackle multiple tasks.\nKnowledge in tool wear and offsets.\nSetup, program, and operate.\nPerform tool adjustment as required.\nWork with Engineering to make tooling.\nAble to use inspections tool to inspect parts.\nPerform ancillary activities and other duties as assigned.\n\nThis role is subject to compliance with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), which requires the incumbent to be a U.S. Person which is defined as a U.S. citizen, a lawful permanent resident [“green card” holders], U.S. National, Refugee, or Asylee.\n\nMIN: $24 to $29\n\nThis role is subject to compliance with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), which requires the incumbent to be either a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident [“green card” holders] or have refugee or asylee status.\n\n**Please note that the salary range information is only applicable for California.
