designs for testabilityParticipate in functional and technical specification meetingsDevelop test plans, test scripts, test cases, and expected resultsDefine test cycles, entry/exit criteria, and manage test environmentsExecute functional, integration, and performance testingDocument test results, track defects, and support resolutionCreate test summary reports and risk analysis for business acceptanceProvide testing support and consulting to clients and team membersSupport test tool usage and knowledge sharing within the teamRequirements:Minimum 1 year of overall experienceMust have ServiceNow Testing ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or equivalent experienceStrong analytical, communication, and documentation skillsExperience with test management tools (e.g., Quality Center / HP ALM preferred)Working knowledge of MS Office suiteAbility to work effectively in cross-functional teamsNice to Have:ISTQB
