Apply via Dice today!IT HCM Business Systems Analyst – DayforceLocation: Glendora, CA OR Fresno, CA OR Las Vegas, NV OR Federal Way, WA OR Phoenix, AZDuration: 12 Months ContractMust-Have Skills:Implementation expertise in Dayforce Modules - Core HR, WFM, Payroll, BenefitsCurrently in the middle of it with SI partner and lacking in these areas.Looking for a senior person who will interact with HR Business Partners and stakeholders, understand business requirements, create dialogue with business units, and have experience assessing whether current workflows are compatible with Dayforce. Able to provide best practices based on experience or research.BSA who has worked on the IT side of HR, Benefits, and Payroll. Has worked on multiple integrations and understands how backend HR/employee datasets interact with third‑party providers and are sent to external applications. Should be familiar with how this works so they can partner with internal technical teams on how the data should interact in the new system.Analyst expectation is that they understand what’s happening from a business standpoint (upcoming changes and impacts to business processes) and from an IT standpoint (what needs to be configured and supported in the system).
