This role includes the setup, operation, monitoring, and adjustment of SMT equipment to ensure all printed circuit boards meet or exceed company quality standards. The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.\nThis position requires daily interaction with the SMT Lead, peers, and supervisors, as well as participation in routine housekeeping activities.\nDay to Day Responsibilities:\nOperate and support SMT equipment including printing, placement, reflow, and AOI\nRead, understand, and identify SMD components\nInterpret safety rules, operating procedures, pick lists, Bills of Materials, and engineering documents\nAssist the SMT Lead with identifying and implementing process improvements\nWork in an ESD-sensitive environment\nRead and follow assembly drawings and work instructions\nMaintain punctuality and consistent attendance\nStand for extended periods as required by the role\nThis is a full-time opportunity.\nRequired skills:\n\nHigh School Diploma or GED preferred\n1-3 years of experience with SMT equipment in a manufacturing or related environment\nStrong attention to detail with a quality-driven mindset\nAbility to lift up to 25 pounds\nAvailability for overtime as needed\nStrong communication skills\nReliable transportation\n\nAvailability to work 2nd shift, 1:30 pm to 10:00 pm\nPay Rate: $22.00-23.00 per hour\nPay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.\nQualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
