Sonsoft Inc. is growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services.\r\nJob DescriptionRequirement is for candidate with minimum of 10+ years of experience in development of applications based on J2EE architecture.\r\nResponsibilities:\r\nTo design and develop applications based on Java/J2EE components.\r\nDesign, develop, prototype, and test of the required subsystem and its interface to the system\r\nManage the day-to-day activities working with a small team of software developers\r\nInterface with project stakeholders to ensure that the system objectives are balanced with overall project objectives\r\nCo-ordinate with offshore team on development process\r\nCommunicate with peers and supervisors routinely, document work, meetings, and decisions\r\nWork within a Project Team environment\r\nUnderstand and promote the quality policy\r\nMaintain technical skills and awareness of technical improvements\r\nQualificationsMust:\r\nHave experience in understanding the requirements and proposing alternate technical solutions\r\nHave experience in OOA/OOD using UML and applying design patterns\r\nHave experience in applying J2EE design patterns\r\nHave experience in various frameworks (Struts, Spring, Hibernate)\r\nHave experience in developing application using Sencha and integration with Java/J2EE components\r\nProficient in using various IDEs (Eclipse, RAD) and Application Servers (Websphere, Weblogic)\r\nExperience in using RDBMS (Oracle)\r\nPrevious experience of financial industry will be an added advantage\r\nAdditional InformationU.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply.
