This position will manage cross-functional programs, drive technical decisions, mitigate project risks, and support successful product launches while meeting technical, schedule, cost, and quality objectives.\nEssential Functions\nIndependently manage engineering and product development projects with limited oversight.\nDevelop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, resource forecasts, risk assessments, and cost models.\nLead technical decision-making and resolve complex engineering and project-related challenges.\nCollaborate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, and external suppliers.\nSupport supplier engagement, material sourcing, and component selection.\nCoordinate prototype builds, product testing, tooling development, and manufacturing implementation.\nLead feasibility studies, design reviews, development testing, validation activities, and production-readiness reviews.\nTranslate business and customer requirements into project scope, design requirements, and measurable deliverables.\nReview bills of materials (BOMs), engineering changes, item master data, and product configuration information.\nIdentify, communicate, track, and mitigate technical, schedule, cost, supply chain, quality, and resource risks.\nInvestigate product issues with Quality Assurance, implement corrective actions, and support continuous improvement.\nSupport New Product Development (NPD), New Product Introduction (NPI), product launches, and the transition into production.\nFacilitate customer, supplier, and executive-level project communications and status reporting.\nMaintain technical documentation, project metrics, lessons learned, and best practices.\nMentor junior engineers and help improve engineering and project management processes.\nTravel domestically and internationally as necessary.\nQualifications and Education Requirements\nMinimum of 3 years of experience in project management, engineering project management, or a related technical project role.\nBachelor’s degree in engineering required\nPMP certification, CAPM certification, or equivalent project management training preferred.\nExperience leading cross-functional projects through the complete product development lifecycle.\nExperience managing multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities.\nExperience with project scheduling, risk management, cost tracking, and resource planning.\nAbility to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documentation.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and decision-making skills.\nAbility to influence stakeholders and build consensus across multiple functional groups.\nExperience working with ERP or MRP systems and maintaining engineering product structures.\nExperience supporting NPD and NPI processes.\nMust have or be willing to obtain a valid U.S. passport.\nCompensation and Benefits\nSalary: $85,000–$95,000 per year\nOnsite position in Gilbert, Arizona\nMedical, vision, and dental insurance\n401(k) with employer match opportunities\nWellness programs, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), and recognition programs\nNormal Work Hours\n8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
