Your attention to detail, penchant for accuracy, and investigative curiosity drive you. You have a vested interest in growth and in the ever-evolving Ad Ops industry, as this role is positioned for growth. You will start off responsible for quality control, order setup and IO/contract fulfillment through a campaign lifetime and potentially work on projects as you and the Head of Revenue Operations see fit.\n\nObjectives\nAccurate and timely campaign execution\nMake local scale\nResponsibilities\nLiaise with Account Management, Sales, and other internal and external contacts through a campaign’s lifetime\nReserve inventory and alert key stakeholders of potential mishaps, e.g., double-bookings and/or at-risk delivery\nLaunch and update campaigns according to contracted flight dates both ad hoc and scheduled\nRun and manage daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting\nPerform quality control checks of client assets to ensure compliance with media specs and guidelines\nSupply screenshots and shares sales collateral upon request\nCollaborate with Account Management to adjust campaigns for optimal performance\nSupport Sales, Account Management, and Senior Director of Ad Ops during pre- and post-sale stages\nTroubleshoot campaign issues and notify key stakeholders from discovery to resolution\nQualifications\n1-2 years experience in a trafficker, Ad Ops, or digital media role\nGreat attention to detail and a propensity for data mining\nWorking to intermediate expertise in Google Ad Manager, Google Ad Manager 360 or another ad server\nFamiliarity with ad serving concepts, e.g., network, inventory, taxonomy, competitive separation, priorities, optimization, dayparting, macros, viewability, etc.\nFamiliarity with third-party tags and reporting UIs, e.g., DCM, Flashtalking, Moat, etc.\nKnowledge of media math, e.g., CPM, eCPM, CTR, VCR, RPM, in-view rate, etc.\nKnowledge of Google Sheets, Numbers, and/or Excel and formulas/functions, e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, charts, etc.\nKnowledge of session tools, e.g., Chrome Developer Tools, Charles, Firebug, force console a plus\nFamiliarity with programmatic and header bidding a plus\nFamiliarity with IAB/MRC guidelines\nFamiliarity with HTML, JavaScript a plus\nGreat oratory and written communication skills\nCompetitive compensation and benefits\nSalary range $55,000 - $75,000 USD + performance-based bonus\nPatch Media is an equal opportunity employer.
