This position provides technical leadership for SharePoint architecture, information architecture, governance, permissions strategy, automation, document management, and integration with Microsoft 365 applications including Teams, OneDrive, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.\r\nWhat Your Day-To-Day Looks Like (Position Responsibilities):\r\nServe as the primary technical expert for SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 collaboration technologies.\r\nDesign, configure, and maintain SharePoint sites, hubs, communication sites, team sites, lists, libraries, and related collaboration solutions.\r\nDevelop and maintain enterprise SharePoint governance standards, policies, naming conventions, lifecycle management processes, and best practices.\r\nPartner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable SharePoint solutions.\r\nDesign and implement information architecture, metadata strategies, content types, navigation, search optimization, and document management solutions.\r\nDevelop and support business process automation using Power Automate and integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 services.\r\nCollaborate with Power Platform developers to ensure solutions follow enterprise governance and security standards.\r\nManage SharePoint permissions, security groups, and access controls while ensuring compliance with organizational security requirements.\r\nTroubleshoot complex SharePoint issues and provide Tier III technical support for production environments.\r\nParticipate in solution design reviews and architecture discussions to ensure new implementations align with enterprise standards.\r\nSupport migrations from legacy file shares or SharePoint environments to SharePoint Online.\r\nCreate technical documentation, governance documentation, standards, and operational procedures.\r\nProvide guidance, mentoring, and knowledge transfer to administrators, site owners, and business users.\r\nEvaluate new Microsoft 365 capabilities and recommend enhancements that improve collaboration, productivity, and operational efficiency.\r\nMonitor platform health, usage, performance, and adoption metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.\r\nWhat You Need to Succeed (Minimum Requirements):\r\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).\r\nFive (5) or more years of hands-on experience administering and supporting SharePoint Online in an enterprise environment.\r\nExperience designing enterprise SharePoint solutions, site architecture, information architecture, and document management solutions.\r\nStrong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory).\r\nExperience with Power Automate and integrating SharePoint with Microsoft 365 applications.\r\nWorking knowledge of SharePoint permissions, security models, compliance, and records management.\r\nExperience developing governance standards, policies, and operational procedures.\r\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\r\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.\r\nExperience working directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technology solutions.\r\nIdeally, You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications):\r\nSeven (7) or more years of enterprise SharePoint experience.\r\nExperience with Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.\r\nExperience developing enterprise Microsoft 365 governance frameworks.\r\nExperience with SharePoint migrations using Microsoft or third-party migration tools.\r\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Purview, retention policies, records management, sensitivity labels, and compliance features.\r\nExperience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), PowerShell automation, REST APIs, or Microsoft Graph.\r\nExperience serving as a technical lead or solution architect for enterprise collaboration platforms.\r\nMicrosoft certifications related to Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, or Azure.\r\nExperience supporting highly regulated environments, including government or other security-conscious organizations.\r\nKnowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and experience working on cross-functional project teams.\r\n$115,000 -
