Currently, we have an Escrow Officer opportunity with a growing, family-owned company.The Escrow Officer will be responsible for the duties outlined below.Your specific duties will include:Overseeing the entire escrow process from opening to closing.Reviewing and interpreting real estate contracts and loan documents.Coordinating with lenders, real estate agents, buyers, and sellers to gather required information.Conducting title research and resolving any title issues that may arise.Preparing closing statements and ensuring accurate disbursement of funds.Maintaining clear communication with all parties involved to provide timely updates on progress.Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies. Specific qualifications for the position include: In-depth knowledge of escrow, loan processing, and underwriting procedures.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent communication and customer service abilities.High School diploma or equivalent. Pay Rate Range: $70,000 – $90,000 (salaried position)Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
