Execute production workflows, create and maintain technical documentation and manage large databases. Assist in analyses, write SQL scripts and test code to achieve the business requirements. Monitor the execution of systems, isolate areas for improvement, perform problem identification, follow escalation plan and provide resolution. Sustain a high level of support to clients and internal business owners.\r\nResponsibilities: 2+ years IT work experience in production support, programming, development\r\n2 + MS SQL knowledge and experience required\r\nWorkflow setup and configuration, execution and support (40% development, 30% execution, 30% support)\r\nDemonstrate an understanding of business and technical requirements for each assigned project\r\nDemonstrate an understanding of system performance expectations for application being developed\r\nWork as part of a project team to meet or exceed customer expectations\r\nWork with information technology Business Analysts to create and update requirements\r\nProduce code to meet standards for each assigned task\r\nCreate and perform unit test plans with expected results\r\nFollow and demonstrate an understanding of adopted processes/methodologies\r\nMaintain and support applications as needed\r\nUpdate technical documentation and production specifications\r\nParticipate in project meetings\r\nIdentify efficiencies to enhance functionality and performance of applications.
