Involved in the full systems life cycle and is responsible for designing, coding, testing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting applications software that is delivered on time and within budget.\n3. Makes recommendations towards the development of new code or reuse of existing code.\n4. Responsibilities may also include participation in component and data architecture design, performance monitoring, and product evaluation\nEducational Requirements.\nThe Contractor Representative, and any subsequent Contractor Representative provided by the Contractor, must possess, at a minimum:\n1. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.\n2.
