This individual will directly own the design and development of prompting infrastructure, orchestration layers, multi-agent systems, and fine-tuning pipelines, while enabling the broader engineering organization to adopt and extend these capabilities.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\n\r\n\r\nLead the architectural transformation from rule-based BPM to agentic, LLM-powered approval workflows - defining the long-term vision and driving hands-on execution\r\n\r\n\r\nDesign, build, and own the prompting layer and orchestration infrastructure on top of foundation models, including RAG pipelines, context injection, multi-agent coordination, and human-in-the-loop escalation patterns\r\n\r\n\r\nLead hands-on fine-tuning efforts, making principled trade-offs between adaptation approaches (LoRA, PEFT, instruction tuning, RLHF). You keep up with the latest techniques for fine tuning\r\n\r\n\r\nEstablish LLMOps practices for production reliability, observability, and drift detection\r\n\r\n\r\nDiagnose and resolve production issues in LLM-powered systems; develop runbooks and raise engineering team capability through direct collaboration and pairing\r\n\r\n\r\nPartner with product and engineering leadership to define and sequence the agentic BPM roadmap\r\n\r\n\r\nRequired Qualifications\r\n\r\n\r\n4-5+ years of hands-on machine learning experience in production environments; direct coding expectations - this is not a staff or advisory role\r\n\r\n\r\nDemonstrated experience building prompting layers and orchestration systems on top of foundation models\r\n\r\n\r\nProven track record of shipping LLM-based systems to production\r\n\r\n\r\nDeep expertise in LLM fine-tuning methodologies and agentic system design\r\n\r\n\r\nPreferred Qualifications\r\n\r\n\r\nPrior experience modernizing or replacing BPM systems with AI-driven alternatives\r\n\r\n\r\nExperience with multi-agent orchestration frameworks\r\n\r\n\r\nBackground in enterprise workflow automation or approvals domains\r\n\r\n\r\nFamiliarity with cloud-native ML infrastructure\r\n\r\n\r\nResponsibilities\r\nAs a member of the software engineering division, you will take an active role in the definition and evolution of standard practices and procedures. Suggest and justify product directions within approved directions. Define responsibilities for new projects and specifies, designs and develops software according to those specifications.
