The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering complex WMS and other supply chain software projects, overseeing project timelines, budgets, resources, and managing cross-functional teams to ensure successful system deployment and optimization.\r\nJob Responsibilities\r\nLead and manage the overall execution of WMS and other supply chain software projects from initiation through go-live and post-implementation support, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within scope and budget.\r\nDevelop detailed project plans that include milestones, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Ensure that all project activities are tracked and aligned with project goals.\r\nManage communication with stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are understood and met. Keep senior leadership informed about project progress, risks, and issues.\r\nCoordinate and manage cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, technical specialists, business users, and third-party vendors, to ensure successful project delivery.\r\nIdentify and mitigate project risks, including technical, operational, and business-related risks. Develop contingency plans as necessary to address unforeseen issues.\r\nAct as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular status updates, progress reports, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.\r\nEnsure that the project meets all quality standards, including system functionality, data accuracy, and user satisfaction.
