The Recruiting Specialist will oversee end-to-end recruiting processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with managers to fulfill hiring needs. Responsibilities also include training newly hired employees, facilitating onboarding processes, maintaining a diverse talent pipeline, and ensuring compliance with recruitment policies and requirements.QualificationsProven experience in Hiring and Recruiting processes0-2 years' experience in the HR fieldStrong skills in Interviewing and Training candidates effectivelyExcellent Communication abilities in English and Chinese (bilingual fluency required)Proficiency in leveraging applicant tracking systems and recruiting toolsBachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferredAbility to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholdersStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesPay Rate: 21-23/hourAccept OPT/Day1 CPT
