Please note that we are only considering direct W2 candidates at this time, as we are unable to offer sponsorship.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nCollaborate with growth marketers, program managers, and analytics partners to gather data, metrics, and reporting requirements.\nDesign, build, and maintain automated reporting, dashboards, and ongoing analyses to support data-driven decision-making.\nBuild, optimize, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines to support large-scale campaign execution and automated reporting.\nWrite high-quality, performant SQL queries to retrieve, transform, and analyze large datasets.\nPartner with analytics and cross-functional stakeholders to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data integrity and accuracy issues.\nEstablish and guide best practices for data pipelines, reporting standards, and analytics workflows.\n\nInternal Responsibilities:\nAttend regular internal practice community meetings.\nCollaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership.\nComplete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material).\nBuild out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice.\nAttend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual).\nWork with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.\n\nRequired Qualifications and Skills:\nBachelor's degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics).\n5+ years of experience writing and optimizing SQL (Oracle, Vertica, Hive, MySQL).\nProven experience designing and building data pipelines and ETL processes at scale.\nExperience working with very large datasets (millions of rows) across multiple data sources.\nHands-on experience with Business Intelligence tools and automated reporting (e.g., Tableau, MicroStrategy).\nExperience using Python and/or R for data analysis and processing.\nDemonstrated ability to work independently, lead initiatives, and guide teams on best practices.\n\nPreferred Qualifications and Skills:\nExperience operating distributed data extraction, ingestion, and processing systems.\nExperience supporting marketing, growth, or performance analytics use cases.\nStrong ability to self-manage projects, set expectations, and deliver in fast-changing environments.\nExperience partnering closely with cross-functional and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nEducation:\nBachelor's degree in a STEM field required.\nCompany Description\nAbout itD: We are part of a new generation of consulting and software development company that blends diversity, innovation, and integrity with real business results.
