The Program Manager will serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for the Government and will be responsible for the overall technical, financial, and contractual performance of the contract.\nThe PM will oversee program execution across multiple locations, ensuring successful delivery of human capital services while maintaining compliance with contract requirements, staffing needs, and program objectives.
