HVAC Service Technician

Bellows Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical is growing and we're hiring an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our South Bay team. We serve customers across the San Francisco Bay Area, with work throughout Santa Cruz, Monterey, Santa Clara and San Mateo counties. This is a full time, field based position focused on residential and light commercial service and repair work.Top performers in this role earn strong income through a combination of hourly pay and commission opportunities tied to performance and quality, with top technicians earning $100,000-$150,000+ annually.About the RoleAs an HVAC Service Technician at Bellows, you'll diagnose, service, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems. You'll work independently to troubleshoot issues, provide solutions, and complete repairs safely and efficiently.This role is for experienced technicians only.
