Receiving material from vendors and shipping product to customers,\nJob Responsibilities:\nSort, counts and checks raw materials, finished and semi-finished parts.\nHandles raw materials in compliance with internal Electrostatic Discharge Policies and Procedures\nIssues material to WO and follows Bill of Material and Work Order Routing\nMaintains inventory on hand and stockroom data files\nPerforms required cycle counts. Audits stocking locations to ensure system transaction accuracy.\nPerforms physical inventories as required.\nUnderstands and can research and reconcile Inventory\nProcesses MRP transactions with accuracy and efficiency\nStores electronic components properly and understands MSD components\nValidates previous transactions for discrepancies and ensures internal specifications are met and traceability requirements are 100% accurate\nEnsures Kit preparation is in compliance of Standards and internal documentation\nMay occasionally be required to work overtime.\nRequired Qualifications:\nHS Diploma or GED.\nTypically requires 2+ years related experience.\nExperience MRP skills and computer literate.\nExperience in Inventory reconciliation.\nExperience in Microsoft Excel skills.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nOracle (WMS or ERP) or similar experience\nUPS and FedEx shipping software experience\nInternational Shipping experience\nThis position requires you to access information that is subject to U.S. export regulations.
