You will be responsible for implementation of products and services, and providing service delivery oversight to achieve best in class service delivery\nIn addition candidate must be compatible with our core values as follow\n: -Accounta\nle -Customer Foc\nsed -Passi\nnate -Resp\nnsive -Co\nmitted -C\nmpetent -Pro\nessional We hire & fire based on the above c\nre values Primary Respo\nbilities * Take excellent care of our gr\nclients! * Collaborate and innovate with service delivery teammates to develop new products a\nprocesses. * Provide operational support and technology consul\ng services. * Install, maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot Windows Server, Windows desktops, and net\nk equipment. * Triage, diagnose, and resolve technology issues quickly and implement preven\nive measures. * Provide pre-sales engineering support to\nles personnel. * Install equipment, software and provide\nhnical support. * Document business processes, including system an\network diagrams. * Position requires off hours on-call availability, home office, and automobile with\nsurance coverage. * Maintain 65% Billa\nUtilization Rate. * Turn in weekly required documentation on a time\n& consistent basis. *Desi\nSkills & Experience* * Must be able to work independently with initiative, be a strong team player, have excellent interpersonal, customer service, and\nme management skills. * Demonstrated expertise deploying and supporting Microsoft Windows\nver Operating Systems. * Demonstrated expertise deploying and supporting VPNs, firewalls, routers, remote access, WAN, and MPLS networks. Desire SonicWall UTM, SRA, and Mobile Dev\nManagement experience. * Must know data back-up and recovery.
