to technical tickets related to hardware and software issues in the data center environment.\n\nDebug platforms and systems, including GPUs, CPUs, and related hardware components.\n\nCoordinate with vendors, OEMs, and partners to resolve operational issues efficiently.\n\nMonitor data center operations for power outages, network disruptions, and cooling leaks, ensuring continuous uptime.\n\nInstall, replace, and troubleshoot hardware components physically and through firmware/OS debugging.\n\nWhat's Needed?\n\nExperience working in a data center environment with complex systems involving CPUs and GPUs.\n\nProficiency with JIRA, scripting, and debugging methodologies (BMC, BIOS, GPU).\n\nStrong Linux skills, including running automated scripts and log review.\n\nAbility to physically install and replace hardware components, including the use of lab equipment.\n\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a
