About the Opportunity:The Senior Data Modeling Analyst role is focused on independently delivering analytical projects throughout the consumer credit lifecycle. This position is responsible for building and implementing statistical and machine learning models to support acquisition, account management, and collections strategies. The role contributes by translating data insights into actionable business recommendations, collaborating with stakeholders on analysis parameters and performance measures, and enhancing analytic products and processes.3. Responsibilities:• Deliver analytical projects across consumer credit lifecycle phases• Develop statistical and machine learning models from design to implementation• Utilize technologies such as SQL, PySpark, Python, and AWS for data analysis• Design and improve acquisition strategies, including segmentation and decision rules• Translate analytical findings into business recommendations• Collaborate with clients to set analysis parameters and performance metrics• Interpret analysis results, identify trends, and recommend solutions• Present analysis outcomes to end-users• Produce implementation plans and participate in audits for decision tools• Develop analytic products and improve existing processes4. Requirements:• Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related quantitative field• 8+ years of experience in statistical and quantitative analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling within the credit lending industry• Proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience building scalable data pipelines• Knowledge of predictive model development using Python, R, or SAS• Domain experience in financial services, specifically credit lending and credit risk modeling• Experience with model deployment, including CI/CD pipelines and version control• Ability to work with large datasets, perform data cleaning, outlier detection, and refine business rules• Skilled in solving complex and unique problems5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:• Salary range: $100,649 - $174,459• Individual pay is based on work location, skills, experience, and education• Eligibility for variable pay opportunities6.
