The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Python-based automation, test engineering, and data-driven problem solving, along with the ability to present insights to executive stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks using Python.Execute, monitor, and troubleshoot both low-level and UI-level automation scripts.Collaborate with hardware and software teams to validate system performance and reliability.Analyze test results, identify issues, and perform root cause analysis.Apply AI/ML techniques to enhance automation efficiency and predictive analysis.Present data insights, reports, and recommendations to executive stakeholders.Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and integration.Continuously improve automation processes and frameworks.Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical SkillsStrong expertise in Python automation (mandatory).Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Ruby, Swift, or JavaScript.Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux systems and shell scripting.Hands-on experience with automation testing (both low-level and UI-level).Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, including:Machine learning algorithmsData analysis techniquesModel building and optimizationStrong programming skills with Python and/or R.Good understanding of mathematics (calculus, linear algebra, statistics).Experience8–10 years of experience in automation development.Minimum 5+ years in HW/SW test engineering (preferred).Data & VisualizationExperience presenting data and insights to executive stakeholders (must-have).Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau (preferred).Appreciate your quick response and please feel free to reach me out for any query you may have.Thanks
