This role will lead technical work focused on secure, reliable systems and risk-aware execution. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $139,000 – $174,000 annuallyResponsibilities Lead, coach, and grow a team of DevOps engineers focusing on performance and career development Own the reliability, performance, and cost management of AWS and Azure environments for SaaS products Collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership to align infrastructure with roadmap goals Set technical direction for CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, observability, and incident response to drive improvements Implement ITIL-aligned service management practices including on-call support and incident reviews Work with Security to integrate compliance requirements into operational processes Manage FinOps activities by monitoring and optimizing cloud spendingQualifications 10+ years in infrastructure, systems, or DevOps engineering, including 4+ years in leadership roles Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure production workloads and associated services Strong expertise in Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform and familiarity with CloudFormation or Bicep Proven experience in managing CI/CD pipelines at scale using tools like Jenkins and GitHub Actions Proficient in at least one scripting language, preferably Python, with knowledge of Bash or PowerShell also acceptable Experience in designing for high availability and disaster recovery on cloud platforms Working knowledge of cloud security practices and compliance frameworksBenefits Opportunities for career development and team growth Access to a high-energy, high-performance global team environment Involvement in innovative technology and interesting infrastructure challengesOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
