Perform assembly tasks as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency.\nWhat You Will Do\nResponsible for putting together parts and components to create new products while adhering to BOM.\nResponsible for verifying the correct quantities of component part and quality checking completed items.\nUnderstanding basic ERP, computer, and scheduling requirements.\nFollows technical instructions, reads, and interprets BOM.\nTest finished products for defects.\nHandle products in a manner where there is no damage or mishandling.\nQuality spot checks with proper documentation.\nEnsuring that all required tasks of the production lead/supervisor are completed safely and efficiently through meeting the company quality standards.\nMaintaining a neat and well-maintained work area free of trash debris, plastic, cardboard, etc.\nPerforms additional duties as required\nResponsibilities may vary depending on the assigned station.
