This role involves architecting and implementing firmware solutions, debugging complex system issues, and ensuring high performance and reliability. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with embedded C/C++, real-time operating systems (RTOS), Linux operating systems (Ubuntu, Yocto, etc), microcontroller architectures, System on Chip SoC architectures, and low-level hardware interactions. Strong problem-solving skills, leadership traits, and the ability to mentor junior engineers are essential.
