This role will support Data Science and Machine Learning operations through Scrum and Agile facilitation, program execution, dependency and milestone tracking, and transparent reporting of progress, risks, technical blockers, and completion timelines.\nSummary of Duties and Responsibilities:\nLead sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives tailored to nonlinear Data Science and Machine Learning workflows.\nProactively identify, track, and clear technical and operational roadblocks for data scientists and Machine Learning engineers.\nTrack internal technical deliverables and cross-functional dependencies across data pipelines, model builds, and engineering integrations.\nMaintain accurate, current execution status in Jira and Confluence.\nProvide clear visibility into sprint velocity, risks, technical blockers, and completion timelines.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in related Fields.\nFive or more years of combined experience as a Program Manager and Scrum Master.\nProven track record of applying Agile practices in data-driven software development environments.\nAdvanced proficiency in Jira, Confluence, or equivalent project management tools configured for data workflows.\nStrong ability to keep technical teams focused on high-priority deliverables and maintain momentum across complex engineering dependencies.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nPMP or Agile certification.\nAbout BEPC\nBEPC Inc., founded in 2007, is a 100% employee-owned company providing top-tier consulting and staffing solutions across industries like technology, engineering, manufacturing, and project management.
