Job Description: Management and adjustment of call routing in the STFC environment Technical liaison with telephony operators Submission and response to Anomaly Reports (B.As) with operators Submission and response to Portability Reports with operators Operational activities on ABR Telecom portals (registrations, documentation, requests, and process tracking) Requests and monitoring of number portability processes Execution of PTI (Transition and Implementation Plan) Knowledge and application of ANATEL regulations Management of ITX – interconnection between operators Requirements: Previous experience with STFC operators or STFC service providers Knowledge of ANATEL regulations Familiarity with interconnection (ITX) processes and number portability Experience with ABR Telecom portals and workflows Strong communication skills and ability to produce technical documentation Benefits: Remote
