Make an Impact.We’re looking for a hands-on Maintenance Lead who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is ready to take ownership of plant-wide maintenance operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys balancing leadership with technical work—guiding a team while staying actively involved on the floor.What You’ll DoLead and coordinate all electrical and mechanical maintenance across the plantAssign and prioritize work based on urgency, team skillsets, and production needsProvide hands-on troubleshooting, repair, and support for equipment and systemsTrain, mentor, and motivate maintenance team members to maximize performanceOversee equipment installations and plant improvement projectsEnsure compliance with safety standards and maintenance proceduresMonitor team performance and maintain high standards of quality and efficiencyManage parts inventory and order materials/vendors as neededTrack and report maintenance metrics to drive continuous improvementWhat We’re Looking ForStrong background in electrical & mechanical maintenanceExperience with hydraulics, plumbing, HVAC, and industrial systemsProven leadership skills with the ability to direct and develop a teamAbility to troubleshoot issues quickly and prevent downtimeComfortable using basic computer systems (Word, Excel)High school diploma or equivalent
