Part Time Property Manager

About the Role and Duties: Position may start part time with approximately 20 unitsand be eligible for full time based upon performance and level of experience. Leasing, coordinating maintenance items, relationship building with vendors, Section 8 offices, and tenants. Ensuring low tenant turn-over, successful annual Section 8 inspections, efficient use of company funds, reliable management of units. All templates, systems, properties are provided and someone can step into an account manager type role from day 1. Qualifications: A hungry and driven personality along with a good attitude is a MUST 2+ years of work experience in a customer-service focused field, some prior property experience highly preferred Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills A proactive and open mindset, with a willingness to take on challenges and adapt to new situations A can-do attitude and that flourishes in cross-collaboration, fostering strong team morale Strong critical thinking skills and a drive for results Job Type: Part-time Pay: $48,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week Schedule: On call Experience: Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: Driver's License (Preferred) Work Location: In person
