They will ensure products are packaged to Mrs. Gerry’s quality and safety standards.\n\nSchedule: Monday–Fridays; Start time is 2:00 PM year-round, with a varying end time. Occasionally changes to work schedule may occur due to production or training needs.\n\nWhat You’ll Do\n\nAs our 2nd Shift Machine Operator - 2, you’ll:\n\nLearn and follow all MGK HACCP, SQF, SOP, and SSOP programs.\nComply with all Food Safety procedures at all times.\nWear all required personal protective equipment (PPE).\nSet up, sanitize, wash down, and break down machinery per standard operating procedures.\nOperate and monitor all machines for efficiency and proper operation.\nEnsure all lids, containers and box labels represent the product being filled.\nEnsure weight of each container of salad per product specifications.\nVerify all dates and product names on product and boxes.\nUtilize and adjust metal detectors.\nBox and palletize products.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\n\n What You Bring to the Table\n\nHigh School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), 1-3 months of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.\nAbility to read and comprehend documentation in English including safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.\nUtilize calculators to add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure including whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.\nAbility to obtain forklift and/or pallet jack license.\nAbility to lift and/or carry occasionally up to 40 pounds.\n\nWhat We Offer\n\nCompetitive Wage – get rewarded for driving results\nHealth & Wellness – Full medical, dental, vision, and Employee Assistance Program\nPaid Time Off – Including holidays and personal days\nRetirement Plan – 401(k) with company match, profit sharing\nGrowth & Leadership Development – Training, mentorship, and personal growth opportunities\nMission-Driven Culture – Be part of a company focused on sustainability, transparency, and community\n\nWho You’ll Work With\n\nYou’ll join a collaborative and growth-minded team.
