Overtime and Production incentive pay is offered.\n\n*Location:* Abernathy, TX\n*Start Date:* August 24, 2026\n\n*Production Incentive Pay*\n*Pay:* $32 for non NCCER and $34 for NCCER fitters\n*Per Diem:* $125/day -7 days\n\nWe are looking for *100–300 skilled Pipefitters* to support the installation of structural steel supports and prefabricated stainless-steel pipe spools for chilled water piping systems.\n\nJob Details\n\n* *Schedule:* 7 days a week\n* *Hours:* 12-hour shifts\n* *Overtime:* 80+ hour workweeks available\n* *Per Diem:* $125/day, guaranteed 7 days per week\n\nResponsibilities\n\n* Install structural steel supports\n* Install prefabricated stainless-steel pipe spools\n* Work with chilled water piping systems\n* Read and interpret drawings and layouts\n* Safely perform work in an active data center construction environment\n* Follow all site safety and quality requirements\n\nRequirements\n\n* Proven Pipefitter and/or Welder experience\n* Experience with stainless-steel piping preferred\n* Ability to work 12-hour shifts, 7 days a week\n* Ability to work 80+ hours per week\n* Must have reliable transportation to the jobsite\n* Must be able to pass all required jobsite requirements\n\n*This is a high-hour opportunity with strong earning potential, competitive pay, and guaranteed per diem.*\n\n*Apply today to be considered for this project!*\n\nHardHat Workforce Solutions offers weekly pay (Direct deposit or Pay Card), Referral bonuses & Health Insurance!
