Also, oversee individual certifications for Quality Technicians.\nLeadership: Provide daily leadership and supervision to Quality Technicians, ensuring the execution of quality inspections & testing in line with the Quality Control Program.\nContinuous Improvement: Review non-conformance reports and field incident reports, leading root cause analysis and driving continuous process improvement.\nSafety Compliance: Ensure departmental compliance with all facility safety policies and procedures.\n\nQualifications:\n\nHigh School Diploma or GED; 2 Year/Associate Degree preferred.\n3 years of Manufacturing Quality Management experience.\nProven leadership and management skills with the ability to optimize team performance.\nThorough understanding of quality control standards and methodologies.\nExperience in lean manufacturing techniques.\nExcellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical problem-solving abilities.\nResults-oriented with the ability to plan and deliver against deadlines.\nWork experience in Concrete Manufacturing and/or concrete material testing preferred.\nA combination of ACI, PCI, and NPCA certifications preferred.\n\nJoin us in shaping the future of precast solutions!
