We take pride in delivering high-quality concrete products and exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a Quality Control (QC) Field Technician to ensure the highest standards in our ready-mix concrete products.\nJob Responsibilities: Oversee daily quality performance, ensuring all concrete meets required job and project specifications.\nPerform on-site testing of concrete, including slump, air content, temperature, and unit weight measurements.\nAdjust concrete mixes as necessary to maintain compliance with specifications and job requirements.\nIdentify and troubleshoot quality issues such as real-time specification deviations, customer complaints, and warranty concerns.\nCollaborate with sales representatives and production teams to resolve quality concerns and improve customer satisfaction.\nMaintain detailed and accurate records of test results and mix adjustments.\nDevelop and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and internal teams to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.\nEnsure all testing equipment is clean, maintained, and in proper working condition.
